- Insert Stretching Plugs: If necessary, place the spot stretching plugs into the matching slots on the toe block before starting the stretching process.
- Position the Toe Block: Insert the toe block into the front of your boot. Ensure it is placed deep enough so that the toe block touches the end of the boot’s toe box.
- Expand the Toe Block: Turn the widening handle clockwise to expand the toe block. Once it feels snug, give it 2 to 3 additional turns for optimal stretching.
- Set and Wait: Leave the stretcher in your boot for a minimum of 6 to 8 hours after setting the desired width.
- Remove the Stretcher: To take out the stretcher, turn the widening handle counterclockwise to retract the toe block and gently remove it from the boot. **For best results use in conjunction with Trimly Stretch Spray.
