Trimly makes care tools for footwear and clothing, built for long service. Materials, shape, and function come first.
Our approach
We believe good care begins with the right support. That means understanding the garment or footwear first, then developing products around how they are worn, stored and cared for.
Materials are chosen for what they contribute. Shapes have a purpose. Details are included because they improve how a product works or how long it lasts. The result is a deliberately focused range of tools intended to earn their place in the wardrobe.
Footwear
Trimly began in Australia in 2016 with a focus on footwear care.
That remains an important part of what we do. Shoe trees support shape between wears. Stretchers help improve fit. And we stock shoe creams, polishes and other care products from makers we respect, including Boot Black of Japan. Different tools for different jobs, all with the same purpose: keeping good shoes in service for longer.
Garments
Garments spend much of their life in the wardrobe, and how they are stored matters. A tailored jacket asks something different of a hanger than a shirt, skirt or pair of trousers.
We approach hangers with the same care normally reserved for the garments themselves. Each is developed around what it holds, bringing together proportion, material and purpose in a collection that feels as considered as the wardrobe it belongs in.
Good clothing deserves good care, even when it isn’t being worn.
Made for longer use
We prefer longevity to replacement. For us, sustainability follows from products that last and from helping people care for the things they already own.

A decade after we began, Trimly remains an Australian business focused on footwear and wardrobe care.
As we grow, we are more interested in making the range better than making it bigger: fewer products with a clear purpose, good materials and an emphasis on things we would be happy to own ourselves.
Good care is largely invisible. We think the tools behind it should be considered, useful and made to last.
