- Insert bunion plugs into the toe block holes, if needed.
- Place the stretcher into the toe box of your high heel, as far as it will go.
- Turn the widening handle clockwise to expand the shoe. After it feels snug, give 2-3 extra turns.
- Leave the stretcher in place for 6-8 hours.
- Remove the stretcher by turning the handle counter-clockwise, and pull it out. Repeat if needed. **For best results use in conjunction with Trimly Stretch Spray.
