Trade Terms & Conditions

 Price List

The wholesale prices listed on this site supersedes all previous price lists and are effective March 2018 to March 2019 All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars and are GST exclusive.

Minimum Orders

We have a minimum order value of $300 net.

Shipping

Free shipping is available for invoice value over $750 excluding GST. Our couriers do not ship to Australian Post addresses e.g. PO Box or Parcel Locker addresses.

International carriage charges are calculated at cost and based on the weight and size of the goods being sent.

PLEASE NOTE:

The shipping price displayed at checkout is a guideline only, based on an average weight of the products ordered.

There may be small differences between the estimated shipping price indicated and the actual carriage price charged, this difference will be invoiced or credited following despatch of your goods.

Terms of Payment

Payment terms are 30 days net and must be paid in full from the date of invoice. 

All goods remain the property of Trimly Pty Ltd until full payment is made.

For new retailers or retailers without references, the first two purchases must be paid for in full upfront. 

Interest

We reserve the right to charge interest at a rate of 9.0% per month on all overdue accounts.

Lead Time

Lead times are provided on the Trade Page. Please note our peak trade season is from October to January

We do hold a stock of many of our products, so if your order is urgent please contact us and we will try to assist you.

Shortages

Please check your order carefully. Should anything be missing or damaged you must notify us within 30 days of receipt of the goods.
