Promotions and discount codes

1. Promotions and discount codes cannot be used with another offer unless otherwise stated.
2. Where a discount code is required, it must be entered at checkout before payment is completed. Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively to completed orders.
3. Promotions and discount codes are valid only during the advertised promotional period and are subject to any stated product exclusions, minimum spend requirements and availability.
4. Promotions and discounts are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
5. If returning part of an order means the order no longer qualifies for a promotion, discount, free shipping or complimentary item, any change-of-mind refund or store credit will be adjusted to reflect the offer for which the retained items remain eligible.
6. Where a complimentary item was included with an eligible purchase, it must also be returned unused and in its original condition if the qualifying items are returned for change of mind. If it is not returned, its advertised value may be deducted from the refund or store credit.

Sale and clearance items

Sale items may be returned for an exchange or store credit in accordance with our Returns and Exchanges Policy but cannot be returned for a refund due to change of mind.

Introductory pricing, first-purchase discounts applied to otherwise full-priced items, and volume discounts applied to otherwise full-priced items are not treated as sale items for the purposes of our change-of-mind returns policy.

Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund, exchange or store credit due to change of mind.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law. This includes rights that may apply where an item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly described or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee.
