Out Of Stock Purchase Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to purchase of out of stock items:
1. Out of stock shoe trees and stretchers will be made available for purchase in December 2019.
2. All out of stock items will be marked on the variant dropdown menu as '[variant] - Shipped before 20 December'.
3. All purchased out of stock items will be shipped no later than 20 December.
4. Standard shipping fees apply.
5. Trimly reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions and/or cancel the Black Friday promotion at its sole discretion.
6. Trimly is Trimly Pty. Ltd., whose registered office is at 24/570 Bourke St., Melbourne, Victoria.
